Join us for Creative Writing and keep your imagination alive and your writing strong this summer!
We will work together on strengthening our imaginations and writing skills through games, activities, prompts, and collaboration. Think and write outside the box during this fun and often fast-paced class!
Our programs are designed to be inclusive of all levels of experience and abilities. Participants are welcome to jump right in or hang back and observe until they feel comfortable joining the activities.
Participants must be registered and have emergency contact information on file to be allowed entry to the event.
Join us for a fun-filled, creative journey through the world of theater! In this five-week drama club, young performers will explore acting, storytelling, and character creation through games, movement activities, and hands-on art projects.
Each week will feature drama warm-ups, acting games, and a themed craft—like masks, props, or costume pieces—that will help to bring each character to life. Students will build confidence, collaboration skills, and their very own mini-performance to share on the final day.
Whether your child loves the spotlight or prefers to create from behind the scenes, this club is a brave space to express themselves, build friendships, and have fun! No experience necessary—just bring your imagination!
Students must be registered and have emergency contact information on file to be allowed entry to the event.
Are you nervous about public speaking? This is the perfect group for you. Love speaking in front of crowds? You'll thrive here too!
At the SArtsCo Teen Speech Club, you'll have the chance to enhance your speaking abilities in front of any audience, boost your confidence, and exchange valuable feedback to help accelerate your growth while supporting others.
Each meeting follows the same structure, but the content is always fresh and exciting! Participants can choose to deliver a prepared speech or performance, tackle a short impromptu "table topic," or take on a small meeting role – like telling a joke, sharing a quote, or tracking ums and ahs.
Our format is based on the Toastmasters International model, and each meeting is a mix of laughter, suspense, inspiration, and – most importantly – fun! Newcomers can choose to participate or simply observe the first time to get a feel for the group. Our programs are designed to be inclusive of all levels of experience and abilities. The environment is always welcoming, inclusive, and supportive, and you'll gain skills that you'll carry with you for life!
